YOGA RETREATS
ANNUALS IN THAILAND

We organize 2 yoga & meditation retreats per year in February and June. Each retreat is limited to 10 participants to guarantee a personalized experience and support. Each of them has a specific theme (see program below)

  • Duration: 7 days/6 nights all-inclusive.

  • Included: Accommodation, three balanced vegetarian meals per day, yoga classes, teachings, meetings with the Elephants and the Akha tribe.

Beginners and neophytes are welcome! Here, no performance, no comparison or judgment, just the pleasure of reconnecting with yourself, with nature, with animals, with others.

If the words "Stress" "chronic fatigue", "anxiety" or "Burn-Out" mean anything to you... This retreat is for you. We will focus on regulating your nervous system based on yoga, polyvagal theory, somatic trauma therapy and vagus nerve stimulation.

Goals :

  • Learn to recognize and respond to your body's signals.

  • Understanding where traumas come from, how they settle in our bodies and above all how to free ourselves from them.

  • Understand why certain classic therapies and personal development techniques can be ineffective on a deregulated nervous system.

  • Reconnect deeply with life and shine fully in complete safety and serenity.

On the program:

  • Morning routine (Hatha, Yin and Neural Yoga, Pranayamas, nervous system regulation exercises)
  • Theory and teachings on trauma and how to free oneself from it

  • Practical exercises according to the different modes of response to stress (fight/flight/dissociation/negotiation)

  • Innerwalk (meditative walking)

  • Study of animal behavior in the face of trauma

  • Meeting with the elephants

  • Excursion to discover our local treasures: the blue temple of Wat Ban Den and the Bua Thong waterfalls

  • Moving forward on the path of awareness and serenity.

  • Reconnect with your true nature, joyful and peaceful.
